Day 1: Dimapur Railway Station/DMU Airport - Hotel

Welcome. Namaste. Honeymoon Bug representative would be waiting outside the railway station or airport for you. Meet them and take the benefit of organized transfer to the hotel. In the hotel, check-in and spend some relaxing time inside the room.

After that, go out to explore the Ruins of Kachari Kingdom. The trip will amaze you for sure. Later in the evening time, head to the Dimapur Market and purchase some souvenirs which are imported from Myanmar and China.

In the dusk, consider going up to the hotel for overnight sleep.

Day 2: Dimapur - Kohima

After feasting on the delicious breakfast, do check out of the hotel and get ready to organized transfer to Kohima, arranged by the Honeymoon Bug. The Dimapur to Kohima journey is around 75 km which will take around 3 to 4 hours. So, we urge you to get out of your Dimapur hotel so that reach on time at Kohima.

Upon arrival, consider doing check-in. Evening time is all yours, so don't miss to enjoy it at your own leisure. You can get outside the hotel to explore the nearby local markets and purchase some souvenirs.

Day 3: Excursion to Khonoma Village and Kohima World War- II Cemetery

On the third day of your Nagaland & Manipur tour package, board and head out to the Kohima War Cemetery after a scrumptious breakfast meal. The War Cemetery displays the supreme sacrifices of the Indian soldiers during World War II. Next spot is Khonoma Village, which lies roughly 21 km away from Kohima.

Get amazed by the lush greenery in the Khonoma Village and click hundreds of photos letting the emerald greenery be your background. Later, take your time to enjoy the evening in the village.

Just when its about to sunset, we will get back to your hotel in Kohima to transport you in a vehicle for overnight stay.

Day 4: Kohima – Imphal (138 km /6 hours)

This day is going to be super exciting for you since you will visit the Imphal after gorging breakfast. The Imphal is around 138 km/6 hours far away from Kohima. During your journey, you will head to the Naga Heritage Village, where the notorious Hornbill Festival is celebrated.

Also, expect to pass the border town of Mao, which is the official border gate of Nagaland and Manipur. Upon hotel arrival, perform the check-in formalities and head to your hotel room for overnight sleep.

Day 5: Imphal Local Sightseeing Tour

Today, you will enjoy the full day city-hopping tour of Imphal city followed by a scrumptious breakfast. The city is known for its handsome Kangla Fort and Kangla museum where you will get to know about the Imphal culture and history in details.

Also, you will get to visit the IMA Markets where you can shop till you drop. Not to miss thing for today is a visit to the World War Cemeteries.

Just after you exploration ends, return back to the hotel by taking the benefit of organized transfer for the overnight stay.

Day 6: Excursion to Loktak Lake

After breakfast entire day journey to Loktak Lake and Sendra Island. Later visit KeibulLamjao National Park is offering the fringe to Loktak Lake, the last common living space of the jeopardized bog staying temples antlered deer of Manipur called "Sangai." It is the main gliding national park on the planet which is made out of huge masses of coasting weed (called "Phumdi" in nearby vernacular).
